Community-Led Reform

Permanent Foundations for Middle East Education

We build alongside native engineers and educators, ensuring dignified learning spaces are rooted in local needs and sustained by community leadership.

Our Core Principle

Built with, not for. Dignified learning spaces, locally led.

We partner directly with community councils and local educators, ensuring every initiative is a shared journey toward pedagogical resilience.

About the New Babylon Foundation

The New Babylon Foundation is an international nonprofit organization registered in the State of Texas, United States, and dedicated to advancing educational opportunity and sustainable community development. Our mission is to bridge educational gaps by strengthening schools, empowering educators, and creating safe, supportive learning environments for children and young people, particularly in Iraq and across the Middle East.

We believe that quality education is the foundation of lasting social progress. Through teacher training, educational capacity-building, school renovation projects, behavioral support programs, and strategic partnerships with governments and international organizations, we work to improve both the quality and accessibility of education in underserved communities.

Our work focuses exclusively on humanitarian and educational initiatives, respecting the educational systems and cultural diversity of every community we serve. By investing in people, infrastructure, and educational innovation, we strive to help every child reach their full potential while supporting stronger, more resilient communities for future generations.

Our disciplined three-phase execution model — reconstruction, supply, and teacher development — ensures transparent allocation and ground-level reconstruction for lasting impact.
